We installed NEW windows 7 PRO & have thoroughly cleaned & tested this system. A new hard drive was installed and completely wiped, and the new software was installed. this is a great machine. You can tell by the specs, that this is an enhanced version of the dell 960. This is for the dell 960 desktop computer . The monitor in the pictures, are simply for visual purposes, and are not included. So that you can see it working.
